Teaspoon Willie's Pesto
Make this in large batches and freeze for a fresh taste of summer in the middle of winter. Serve on pasta, toasted bread, pizza, burgers, sandwiches, grilled veggies – it's so good you could just eat it with a spoon!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup basil leaves
- 1 cup arugula
- ½ cup whole walnuts or pine nuts (piñons)
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3-4 tbsp TEASPOON WILLIE'S EVERYTHING SAUCE
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until chunky but smooth enough to spread.
- Add more olive oil as necessary for desired consistency.
- Taste and add more Teaspoon Willie’s Everything Sauce for additional heat according to preference.
