Teaspoon Willie's Gazpacho
This is a great recipe for farmer's market season and for developing your own chef's palette. Experiment with more melon if too acidic or bitter, add more garlic or a pinch of salt if the flavor isn’t coming through!

Ingredients:
- 5-6 heirloom tomatoes
- 2 cucumbers, peeled and large dice
- 1/3 melon, diced (Cantaloupe, Honeydew, Watermelon)
- 6 cloves garlic, whole
- 1 handful Basil leaves
- 1 handful of Mint leaves
- ¾ cup vegetable stock (alternatively coconut water or tomato juice)
- 4 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 cup TEASPOON WILLIE'S EVERYTHING SAUCE
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Taste and add salt and pepper if desired but keep in mind it probably will not be necessary because TEASPOON WILLIE'S EVERYTHING SAUCE is VERY flavorful!
- Add more melon if too acidic or bitter, add more garlic if the flavor isn’t coming through and certainly add more TEASPOON WILLIE'S EVERYTHING SAUCE to make the soup even spicier and more delicious!
