Teaspoon Willie's Roasted Vegetables
You can use any root vegetables in this dish, these are our favorites. Teaspoon Willie’s Roasted Vegetables are delicious with a bit of grated Parmesan over the top.

Ingredients:
- 1 large rutabaga, ½ inch dice
- 2 large parsnips, ½ inch dice
- 1 large Russet potato, ½ inch dice
- 1 large sweet potato, ½ inch dice
- 12 Brussels Sprouts, trimmed of outer leaves, halved or quartered
- 10 cloves garlic, smashed
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- ¾ cup TEASPOON WILLIE'S EVERYTHING SAUCE
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese, optional
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Toss all chopped vegetables in a bowl with olive oil and a large pinch of salt and pepper.
- Arrange vegetables on a sheet tray or two sheet trays, don’t crowd the vegetables. Roast vegetables about 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until just tender and golden brown.
- Pour TEASPOON WILLIE'S EVERYTHING SAUCE over the vegetables and mix, return vegetables to the oven for 5 minutes, then serve.
