Delicious make-ahead recipe for work/school week lunches and a quick and easy dish for brunches, mix up your own favorite combo of ingredients for a personal twist on a crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients:
  • 16 oz. pasta noodles (recommend fusilli, penne or bowties)
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 yellow summer squash or zucchini
  • 1 ½ cups feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
  • 3/4 cup TEASPOON WILLIE'S EVERYTHING SAUCE
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
  1. In a large pot, boil water and cook pasta al dente. Drain pasta and rinse with cool water until pasta is cold.
  2. Dice tomatoes, cucumbers and squash.
  3. In a large bowl, toss vegetables, pasta and crumbled feta cheese.
  4. Lightly drizzle ingredients with TEASPOON WILLIE'S EVERYTHING SAUCE and add salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.
